Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Henam Home Hygiene Subscription Plan (“the Plan”) offered by Henam Cleaning Services. By subscribing to the Plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. PLAN OVERVIEW

The Plan provides for a specific number cleaning sessions and fumigation session to be utilised within 6 or 12 months for a specified house type at a discounted price.

 

2. SUBSCRIPTION ELIGIBILITY

  • The Plan is applicable to  a single location and cannot be gifted or transfered
  • The property must be as specified in subscription brief. Larger homes may incur extra charges.
  • The Plan is available to residents in  Abuja, and select areas (subject to availability).

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required upfront
  • Payments are non-refundable once the first cleaning session is completed.

 

4. SERVICE SCHEDULE & BOOKING

  • Customers can book sessions at their convenience, subject to availability.
  • Each customer is entitled to the specified number of deep cleaning sessions and fumigation session within 6 or 12 months from the payment date.
  • All sessions must be used within the subscription period. Unused sessions do not roll over.
  • Booking must be made at least 5 days in advance to guarantee availability.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited.

 

5. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Each Deep Cleaning Session includes:

  • Full floor cleaning (tiles, carpets, wooden floors)
  • Bathroom deep cleaning (tiles, sinks, toilets, mirrors)
  • Kitchen deep cleaning (countertops, sinks, cabinets)
  • Living room & bedrooms (dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming)
  • Window cleaning (inside only)
  • Balcony and staircase cleaning
  • Upholstery Cleaning (limited to

 

Each Fumigation Session includes:

  • General pest control for cockroaches, mosquitoes, and ants
  • Treatment of all rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms
  • Safe and eco-friendly fumigation chemicals

Not Included: External glass/window cleaning, roof cleaning, industrial-grade stains, post-construction cleaning, or mold removal. These services can be added at an extra cost.

 

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the house is accessible at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to access the home, the session may be forfeited.
  • Remove valuable or fragile items before the service begins. Henam Cleaning will not be responsible for misplaced or broken personal items.
  • Provide running water and electricity for effective cleaning.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If a client cancels the subscription before the first cleaning session, they are eligible for a 80% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after the first cleaning session has been completed.

Henam Cleaning reserves the right to terminate the subscription if a client repeatedly reschedules or refuses service and in such a case refund would be limited to 50% or the remaining value of the subscription which ever is lesser.

 

8. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

  • Henam Cleaning guarantees quality service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages in the home.
  • Our cleaning teams are trained and insured, but we advise customers to secure valuables before each session.

 

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Henam Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions with prior notice to subscribers.
